Job title - Supply Chain Customer Service Representative Location: Warwick - hybrid 2 days pw in office (Tues and Weds) Contract length: 6 months extendable Rate: £23 per hour PAYE - Inside IR35 Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Project Coordinator to work for a global leader in energy technology, within their Power Generation Services Division. The Role: This customer-facing role requires a quick response time and the ability to efficiently manage inquiries within a fast-paced environment. Predominantly working in SAP, you will be responsible for processing requests, coordinating with various teams, and generating insightful reports. Responsibilities: Manage inbound inquiries (process quotations, orders for engine spare parts and other documents) from an allocated customer base within agreed time-scales. Accurately input customer information and order details into SAP. Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment. Track orders and proactively follow up with customers to provide updates and address any concerns. Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, charts, graphs) to analyze data, generate reports, and provide meaningful business insights. (Intermediate level proficiency required; macros not needed). Liaise with immediate manager/super user to establish training needs on a regular basis to maintain knowledge adequate for performing all required functions Organise and chair appropriate meetings with the customer, ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved Have a clear understanding of Export, Control and Customs compliance. This includes keeping up to date with current regulations and limitations within different customer relationships. Support pricing queries by investigating costs and preparing spreadsheets for clear information and to facilitate decision making Key Skills and experience required: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, charts, and graphs are essential). Ideally, experience within a supply chain environment or shipping/export control functions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with SAP is desirable but not essential (training will be provided). Experience in customer service.
