You will analyze information found and produce audit reports along with action plans. Presenting your findings to relevant groups within the CSU. You will facilitate the clinical audit plan incorporating local and national audit requirements that support clinical effectiveness and provide written and verbal reports and presentations of completed audit projects to the relevant multi-professional groups. You will help with multi-disciplinary clinical audit and ensure it is embedded at ward level, liaising with departmental managers on clinical issues related to practice. You will attend and participate in Women's CSU meetings as appropriate You will also be supported and exposed to all aspects of Quality, Safety and Governance under the direction and support of the Specialist Midwife for Quality & Safety, placing women, families and staff at the heart of all you do.
