Sales Controller Making the best use of every appointment, ensuring each customer is given a stand-out experience Effectively dealing with all used car enquiry leads converting those appointments into sales, and ensuring all sales leads are maximised Exhibiting a passion for selling through volume of used cars, alongside upselling on products, extended warranties and finance packages Driving the sales process, from meet and greet, test drive, presentation of products and sales, through to delivery and handover of the vehicle – an exciting day for our customers Be on the ball and motivated, with an energised attitude Lead by example and have proven experience of achieving and exceeding set sales targets, consistently hitting individual and team targets Be an excellent communicator, ensuring you understand customers’ requirements to fully maximise each possible sale Be driven to hit your targets month after month, and a natural people person who is passionate about making our customers happy Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Additional pay: Bonus scheme Benefits: Company car Experience: Sales: 1 year (required) Work remotely: No Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year Schedule: Overtime
