This Policy will support and protect the University in achieving its operational plans and objectives, and its long-term sustainability, responsiveness and adaptability. As an experienced risk and resilience professional, the Resilience Manager will support the Director of Risk and Resilience in implementing all aspects of the University’s Operational Resilience Framework with a particular focus on Business Continuity and Crisis Management Planning. - ABOUT YOU - - You will lead the further development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the University’s business continuity and crisis management capability acting as the central point of contact across the University. - You will play a key role in driving and implementing a culture change across all levels of the University by influencing and persuading senior colleagues and others to adopt different approaches, new processes and the latest thinking, to ensure effective engagement with business continuity and crisis management planning. - You will support the Director of Risk and Resilience in developing and implementing a University-wide Assurance Framework to include identifying how and where assurances are gained in relation to the protective themes within the Operational Resilience Framework.
