Main duties of the job We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Advanced Senior Pharmacy Support Worker to join our dynamic Pharmacy Homecare Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and supporting the Pharmacy Homecare Team, serving as a key member of the senior supervisory team within Homecare. The role involves co-ordinating, supporting and training the Pharmacy Support Workers while ensuring efficient and effective team operations. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining SOPs, organising the workflow, statement work, conducting sick reviews, appraisals, and initial performance reviews.
