About the role
As our Site Administrator, you will perform site-based administrative duties proactively and efficiently, enabling site office staff to work quickly and without disruption. You will be responsible for answering telephone calls, enquiries and requests courteously and appropriately, filing and retrieving company documents, and creating and modifying documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements. You will also set up and coordinate meetings and conferences, as well as complete general administrative activities such as booking flights, train tickets, and hotel rooms, along with any other tasks that may be required.
About you
With a good standard of education and the ability to deal effectively with colleagues, you will have proven experience working in an administrative role coupled with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret procedures and policies of the organisation and handle a variety of situations and problems comfortably.
