This is a hybrid role, with offices in Lancaster, and London.
Coders Connect has partnered with a tech startup that has developed a versatile multi-agent aggregator platform in the hospitality industry. They are now looking to expand their platform and bring in new talent to drive their growth.
As a LAMP Stack Developer, you will engage in both front-end and back-end development, playing a key role in our technology integration strategy and the maintenance of our existing technology stack and platform components.
You will collaborate with the broader Technology team across our group of companies to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with our company’s technology strategy.

* Drive the continuous evolution of our tech solutions, enhancing products for existing clients while enabling solutions for new clients.
* Manage the homepage and other supporting pages, eventually leading the migration to a new platform.
* Contribute to the website's evolution, developing more dynamic content and support features.
* Manage plugins, CRM, and LMS integrations.
* Collaborate closely with Graphic Designers to ensure seamless design and functionality integration.
Ideally you will have:
* Experience working with the full LAMP stack and the Zend/Laminas Framework.
* Proficiency in GNU/Linux systems software development.
* Expertise in programming languages including PHP 8, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Understanding of MVC, REST, and SCRUM methodologies.
* Basic knowledge of Redis and Node.js.
* Excellent grasp of markup languages such as HTML and XML.
* Strong communication and writing skills, capable of interpreting non-technical requirements and providing effective solutions.
* Experience with the SalesForce CRM system is desirable.

Essential Qualifications: Proven track record as a sales manager, preferably in software outsourcing services; Strong communication skills, both oral and written; Skilled in analyzing sales data and understanding market trends; In-depth knowledge of the company's products/services and market; Results-driven, with a history of surpassing sales targets; Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Ability to work in a hybrid manner in London/UK. Desirable Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience; Experience with international, cross-functional, and remote teams; Exceptional written and oral communication skills; Strong leadership qualities, proactivity, market insight, and a results-focused approach.
