Join us as an End-of-Life Care Senior Nurse and play a key role in managing our team and delivering high-quality patient care. You will shape a positive working environment and foster professional growth within your team.
Working closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will oversee Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring patient-centred care that aligns with clinical priorities. Your palliative care expertise will help manage a defined caseload and encourage a proactive approach to identifying patients nearing the end of life, ensuring timely transfers to their preferred place of care.

Salary - £37,338 - £44,962 per annum (pro rata) + enhancements and Marie Curie Employee Benefits
Contract - Full-time (Rota's will include days, nights & weekends)
What we're looking for:
* Registered Nurse on NMC Register
* Experience in palliative/End of Life care
* Be person-centred and compassionate when caring for the person and those important to them
* Experience of informal and formal teaching
* Up to date knowledge of current palliative care issues
* Ability to develop and evaluate care management plans alongside other healthcare professionals that meets the complex needs of the person, and those important to them
* Proven understanding of the barriers and enablers to good communication and how challenges can be overcome
* Understands benefits of working with a patient-centred philosophy of multidisciplinary team working
* Understanding and support of the benefits of clinical supervision and reflective practice
* Flexibility to provide care in the area with the most need
