FTC (Maternity Cover) Global Senior E-commerce Manager

This role is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, and focuses on driving the performance of our e-commerce platform; enhancing our sites functionality and UX, developing a CRM strategy to grow and retain our customers, managing analysis and insights, and continually looking for opportunities to drive success in our key markets: UK, US, Germany and France.

E-commerce Strategy & Growth
* Own and execute the D2C e-commerce strategy to deliver revenue targets while aligning with product marketing calendar.
* Manage budget and drive online revenue growth.
* Oversee weekly campaign activity; through conversion optimisation, AOV improvements, sessions and retention.
* Identify new opportunities for digital innovation and competitive advantage.
Site & Customer Experience Optimisation
* Champion of the customer experience - Valuing the visitors time for discovery or mission journey.
* Manage and enhance on-site UX/UI, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience. We are awash with amazing content, where does this best sit in the journey.
* Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) strategies, including A/B testing, personalisation, and performance tracking.
* Optimise the product merchandising strategy, ensuring bestsellers, new launches, and seasonal campaigns as well as up and cross selling are maximised.
* Work with team to improve website functionality, speed, and navigation.
* Looking at site inconsistencies across PDP & MPP and mobile experience to improve site.
* Oversee product launches and presentation of them on the site in the context of the wider customer journey.
* Monitor the site performance on mobile and optimise experience.
Performance & Analytics
* Own e-commerce KPIs and reporting of them. Traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CLV, and return rate.
* Utilise analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo or other relevant platforms) to track performance and drive actionable insights.
* Work with social and marketing team to deliver weekly management consolidated reports and ensure that the wider team understand what we are working toward with weekly targets.
Digital Marketing & CRM Integration
* Oversee briefs for CRM and Web assets to drive the business.
* Collaborate with marketing team and work to the calendar to ensure 360 journeys though Performance Marketing, CRM, and Social to drive acquisition and retention through paid media, email, and organic strategies.
* Work closely with CRM Manager to optimise customer journeys, segmentation, and loyalty initiatives.
* Manage the agencies for performance marketing & SEO & optimisation of this.
Operations & Logistics
* Oversee inventory and fulfilment in collaboration with supply chain teams to ensure smooth order processing and stock availability.
* Optimise checkout, payment methods, and shipping experiences to reduce cart abandonment and improve conversion.

What we are looking for:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital is a must
* Proficient in Google Analytics, Klaviyo & Shopify

* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and commercial acumen
* Strong understanding of the Beauty consumer
