As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and behaviours that challenge. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to our service users, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the services. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the social care sector Proven track record of successfully managing multiple services and teams Strong understanding of Learning Disabilities and Autism, as well as behaviours that challenge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including service users, families, and external agencies Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations within the social care sector Experience with budget management and financial forecasting Willingness to work flexible hours as needed Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple residential services, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to service users Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and external agencies Monitor and manage budgets for the services, ensuring financial sustainability Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement Provide guidance and support to staff, promoting professional development and continuous learning Participate in recruitment and selection processes for new staff members Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the region Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and implement changes as necessary to improve service delivery We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £51,500, as well as flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
