Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a secondary school based in Stoke-on-Trent who are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the school office. This would include: managing student records and files, assisting with school communications, coordinating school events and activities and handling the registration and enrolment process. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organisational skills Effective communications skills when working as part of a team Safeguarding training (can be completed through Teaching Personnel) At least 2 references from your 2 most recent employers About the role: Office-based role within a school environment Regular working hours with occasional overtime during busier periods Ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures Opportunity to earn between £13-14 per hour To be considered for this role, all applicants must have a DBS registered on the update service, or be willing to apply for one upon registration with Teaching Personnel.
