The Manager for Environment, Health, Safety and Security (EHSS)
The EHSS Manager is accountable for supporting the maintenance, development, and growth of the site's EHSS culture and performance at KSP.
This role identifies and reports any gaps, concerns, or deviations away from legislative compliance to the senior EHSS manager, assisting in the development and execution of plans to close these gaps.
The EHSS Manager actively supports the definition of training needs and activities on-site to enhance the EHSS culture and promote best practices.
They also promote the site's sustainability initiatives and collaborate with other site functions to achieve a better environmental footprint aligned with Jazz Corporate's ESG goals.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
1. Accountable for ongoing development of the site's risk management strategy.
2. Contributes to the management and maintenance of the site's Environmental Permit.
3. Supports business and EHSS senior manager in developing programs aligning with Jazz Corporate or Technical Operations Group ESG Strategy.
4. Liaises with site regulators on all aspects of compliance when required.
5. Works closely with the site leadership team in supporting audits and continuous improvement plans.
6. Provides technical support to departments with environmental and sustainability procedures and Environmental Risk Assessments.
7. Leads KSP's Sustainability initiatives as required, including involvement in CSSI and CSRD reporting and projects like energy efficiency and resource conservation.
8. Leads programs that align with KSP's drive toward ISO 14001/45001 certification.
