Main duties of the job We are excited to be recruiting for a Business Support Team Lead within the Organisational Development (OD) team at UHS. In this role you will lead a business support function across a broad range of OD programmes and projects, working closely with OD practitioners and teams within the wider organisation. The successful candidate will provide business support and project management support for day to day business and relevant ad-hoc projects. They will need to be highly organised to successfully support across a portfolio of programmes and projects. They will need to be able to work on multiple workstreams with, at times, conflicting priorities.
