Sales Administrator required. Our client is a well-established specialist manufacturer based in the Brackley, Northamptonshire area, who are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to assist with processing sales orders, producing quotations & invoices amongst other office administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
* Preparing quotations using the companies CRM systems
* Creating export documentation and making travel arrangements for deliveries
* Supporting customers with information related to delivery dates and order progress
* Working with the projects team on installation planning
* Creating sales orders and acknowledgment with the use of Sage
Qualifications:
* Proven background within a Sales Administrative role or similar
* Based in a commutable distance of Brackley, Northamptonshire
* Experience in the Manufacturing industry is desirable
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience with Sage and CRM systems is desirable
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30. Full-time, permanent position. 32 Days Holiday, including Bank Holidays.
