This Administration Assistant role is based in Willerby (HU10 6EB) & forms part of the Finance & Administration Support within the business & is a key role for our business. Main Function: To maintain a positive, friendly and professional company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, clients and vendors in person and via telephone and email. To support Managers & Senior Managers with administrative duties ensuring high level of customer service. Key Performance Tasks: Answer incoming calls and e-mails in a polite, professional and timely manner Promote imageData Group in a positive way by communicating with customers, colleagues & managers in a professional, effective and efficient manner at all times. Ensure refreshments are available throughout the day for visitors, customers & Management Diary management & prioritisation of work tasks/appointments whilst ensuring a pro-active approach to work & tasks Assist colleagues with administration duties to include filing, providing accurate information on email & over the telephone Assist with stock management Confidence in communication & liaising with internal stakeholders but also external third parties Perform any other duties as reasonably correspond to the general requirements of the post and are appropriate with its level of responsibility in order to contribute to the success of the Company. Assist with daily attendance monitoring for the business & relevant basic HR procedures. Prioritize work from our CEO & work closely with her to ensure the business & her calendar work smoothly.
