Your Role
As our Sales Development Executive, you will:
* Drive Growth: Identify and connect with potential clients in the food service industry (restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, etc.).
* Be Proactive: Engage in high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
* Manage Sales: Own the sales cycle for small business accounts while passing larger leads to our Head of Strategic Accounts.
* Leverage Tools: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator (company reimbursed) to prospect new business opportunities.
* Excel in CRM: Keep accurate records of your sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
* Build Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to small businesses, offering tailored packaging solutions that meet their needs.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven Performer: A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
* Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
* Results-Driven: You thrive on achieving targets and driving performance.
* Skilled Communicator: Confident and articulate over the phone and through online outreach.
* Persistent and Self-Motivated: You’re not afraid of a challenge and love taking ownership of your goals.
