This well-respected business with a reputation for excellence is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join their friendly accounts team.
This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent service. You will support the accounts team by assisting with various accounting tasks, ensuring smooth processes for internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist with credit control processes
2. Audit and manage project data on in-house systems
3. Request purchase orders and liaise with clients to resolve invoice queries
4. Process monthly statements and help with other accounting tasks (training provided)
5. Monitor mailboxes and support project coordinators as needed
Skills and experience:
1. Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar role
2. Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
4. Experience with Sage 200 is a plus, but not essential as training will be given
5. Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently
