What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of our busy Aftersales team, you’ll report to the Aftersales Manager and play a key role in keeping our customers happy and informed. Here’s what your day might look like:
* Assisting customers post-sale, helping them with their vehicles or purchased products.
* Providing top-notch customer service in person and online.
* Booking workshop jobs daily, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
* Managing our courtesy car fleet so customers are always taken care of.
* Meeting and greeting customers at appointments, making them feel welcomed and at ease.
* Confirming job card details and vehicle condition videos with customers.
* Keeping customers updated on the progress of their repairs—time management is key!
What We’re Looking For:
Our ideal Aftersales Advisor has:
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages and dealer management systems.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
* Experience in a customer-facing role.
* A flexible, proactive approach and a team-player mindset.
* A passion for going the extra mile to deliver outstanding service.
