Job Title: Social Worker – Adults Community Team
Location: Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole Council
Rate: £35 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at the Bournemouth East office in Boscombe. They are looking for a new member for their Adult Community Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be working with adults who have long-term conditions. The role requires an experienced, qualified social worker who is familiar with Court of Protection work, safeguarding practices, and addressing issues of self-neglect in adults. Your background in these areas will be essential for providing the necessary support and care to improve the quality of life for these individuals.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, you need to have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. You must also hold a full UK driving licence and have post-qualified experience. Additionally, you should possess a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
