Job summary We are looking for a Senior Waking Night SEN Care Support Worker to work with and support our Waking Night support team. Main duties of the job To line manage a team of Waking Night Support Workers across campus providing care for our students within the college. You will work in conjunction with another Senior Waking Night SEN Support Worker to ensure 7 nights are covered each week. this role will rither a three or fours night consecutive contract. You should develop the team ensuring they are delivering a high level of care and support whilst maintaining safety standards at all times in line with Henshaws policies. This role includes covering staff breaks and addressing any emergencies or issues that arise during the night. Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
