12m FTC, maternity cover, working for a leading employer based in Peterborough as HR Coordinator.
You will be joining this best-in-class HR team as HR Coordinator reporting into the Senior HR BP. The role expands the usual duties of an HR Coordinator and will give you the opportunity to broaden your skills through involvement in projects and a significant payroll integration.
Key duties for the HR Coordinator include:
* Collation and preparation of the monthly payroll, including benefits, deductions and variable pay; excellent attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
* Supporting a varied stakeholder group as a first point of contact for people-related queries, providing a value-add service, signposting and supporting your colleagues.
* Right first-time administration of correspondence and communications to the wider business.
* Oversight of the onboarding process from issuing contracts to planning for day one and beyond; engagement is key.
* Monthly MI reports on key metrics; timely provision of key insights to aid decision making.
This is a fast-paced environment and you need to be able to work with complexity, demand, and a level of autonomy. The Senior HR BP will be on hand to support your development; they would prefer someone with experience in a generalist role, who is competent in handling monthly payroll but with ambition to do more.
