Occasional travel to overseas events will be required with this role. ldeagen is seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Events Co-ordinator to plan and execute a series of global events aimed at enhancing the colleague experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging and memorable events that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. In this role, you will be implementing the events strategy in alignment with ldeagen's goals and values. You will also be responsible for p lanning and execution of a variety of internal events, including but not limited to in person and virtual conferences, awards dinner, office activities and fundraisers. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure events meet the needs and expectations of colleagues Manage projects within a budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services With the support on Internal Communications, create event communications, including invitations, reminders, and post-event surveys to promote events and encourage participation Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and technical requirements. Ensure all events comply with health and safety regulations Collect and analyse feedback from participants to continuously improve event quality and relevance. Prepare post-event reports and present findings to senior management. Research new technologies that enhance colleague experience, improve delegate management and data analysis. Experience in event planning and operational management, preferably in a corporate setting. Highly organised, with project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. Proficiency in event management software and tools. The ability to work flexibly and be willing to travel globally where required.
