This role involves scanning and filing documents on a daily basis. It's a great opportunity for someone who is organised and enjoys working in a supportive team environment. Day-to-day of the role: Scanning various HR documents and ensuring they are saved correctly in the system. Filing physical documents in an organised and timely manner. Assisting with the maintenance of HR records. Ensuring confidentiality and security of all HR documents. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in an administrative or support role Proficiency in using office equipment like scanners and printers. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with document management systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills.
