Job ref: RF-2411-67 Location: Belfast Area Quantity of Posts Available: 1 Salary: £34,000 per annum We currently have an opportunity for a Training and Cleaning Manager to join our Contract Cleaning Division. The Training Manager, will report directly to the contracts managers and will have responsibility for the training of all existing and new employees that fall within their designated span of control. This is across 8 sites in a certain geographical area. They will also be responsible for assisting with rotas, staff deployment and ensuring the contract runs smoothly. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week 5 out of 7 Days per Week 9pm - 5am Rewards: 25 days' paid holidays plus 8 statutory bank holidays Life Assurance Company Pension (Salary Exchange option) Staff wellbeing and employee assistance program Company Laptop Company Van Development Opportunities Company Events Plus, Much More Key responsibilities will include: The Visual Management of employees on site to ensure full PPE is in place, cleaning is complete in a safe manager and to the requirements of the contract - (Regular, meetings, phone calls, mentoring, support) Contract Auditing - (Carry out Cleaning, Compliance and HSQE Audits as per schedule and per company policy) Client Contact - (Meet with Clients as per schedule - Complete client contact sheet) Machine Repairs - (Must report and send to the client if any machinery is unsafe for use) Induction Training - (All new starts and staff moving sites must get induction training as per induction training list) Return To works - (After every period of sickness complete a RTW to ensure the employee is fit and safe to complete their duties) Health & Safety - (Ensure all RA's, SSOW, Site Manuals are available on all sites & staff fully aware. Accident Reporting & Near Miss Procedures relayed to all staff and reported to HSQE Manager. The person: Must hold a valid, current UK driver's licence. Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deal with issues as they arise, and contribute to all areas of service The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail To promote and contribute to a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity Proficient skills in computer literacy.
