They are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join a growing team. If you have a background in planning and contract administration and want to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Manage the scheduling of works and ensure projects are delivered on time. Work with National Federation rates, providing accurate cost estimates and overseeing contract compliance. Liaise with social housing landlords and internal teams to coordinate works and ensure seamless communication. Maintain accurate records of works, contracts, and costs. Provide administrative support to the contract management team, ensuring all projects adhere to company standards and legal requirements. Essential Requirements: Previous planning experience in a similar role. Experience with National Federation rates and the ability to schedule up works. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
