The Skai Client Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for overseeing client utilisation of the Skai Omnichannel platform. The CSM will partner closely with a Client Success Director to drive clients' satisfaction and ability to leverage Skai to drive ROI for online marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have great project management skills, excellent technical credentials, and a consultative approach to addressing client needs.
What you'll do:
1. Work to drive client retention in partnership with your CSD
2. Provide initial and ongoing training to clients to enable them to effectively use the Skai platform
3. Assist clients in basic implementation and usage of Skai products
4. Provide technical support and digital marketing best practices
5. Communicate regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction
6. Understand clients’ business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine the ideal solution
7. Partner with Skai Client Success Directors to actively build relationships with client partners
8. Energized by solving problems and finding opportunities to make clients successful
9. Ensure client expectations are exceeded!
Position Requirements:
1. Ability to understand advanced marketing analytics
2. Ability to perform detailed client audits to identify client needs or workflow gaps
3. 2+ years experience in client services and/or technical project management
4. 2+ years experience in digital marketing campaign management; Retail Media or SEM preferred
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
6. Ability to elicit client feedback to help direct continuous improvements for the Skai platform
7. Phenomenal communication skills and organized project management
8. Experience collaborating with a team both locally and virtually
9. Organized and methodical, with excellent time management skills
10. Skai platform experience preferred but not essential
11. Ability to travel occasionally
12. Microsoft Excel and other basic technical experience with code such as basic JavaScript and HTML is a plus
13. Additional languages, preferably German, a big bonus
