KS2 Teacher (SEMH School) - Rotherham
Position: KS2 Teacher
Location: SEMH School, Rotherham
Contract: Fixed Term (Start as soon as possible - July 2025, potential for extension or permanent role)
Working Days: 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday provisionally)
Salary: Dependent on experience (Main Pay Scale)

We are seeking a dedicated and caring KS2 Teacher to join our supportive SEMH school in Rotherham. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional and complex needs.
About the Role:
Teaching small classes of Key Stage 2 pupils with SEMH needs.
Supported by a team of experienced Teaching Assistants in the classroom.
Developing tailored lesson plans to meet individual learning and emotional needs.
Fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Fixed term until July 2025, with the possibility of contract extension or a permanent role.
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Applications from ECTs are welcome.
Proven experience working with primary-aged children, particularly those with SEMH, ASD, and behavioural challenges.
A strong, patient, and resilient practitioner who can manage complex behaviours with empathy and professionalism.
Committed to unlocking the potential of every child and helping them achieve both academically and personally.
