The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining employee satisfaction through timely and precise payroll administration.

1. £27,500 - £32,500 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities
6. Administer the payroll process for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing of wages.
7. Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure accurate data entry regarding new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
8. Utilise accounting software to manage payroll transactions effectively.
9. Prepare reports for management analysis, including payroll summaries.
10. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Experience
* Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
* Strong knowledge experience with payroll software (e.g., SAGE).
* CIS Payroll Experience / Knowledge.
* Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to analyse payroll data to identify trends or discrepancies.
* Familiarity with accounts payable processes is advantageous.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
