Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 (DOE)

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join their growing team and aid in their expansion within the EU while optimizing their supply chain operations. As a Supply Chain Manager within our client's business, you will be managing a UK/EU supply chain and will have the opportunity to visit their premises in various locations within the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.
* Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
* Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
* Monitor supply chain performance using key metrics.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including production, sales, and finance, to streamline operations.
* Mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
* Proficient in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
