The Role – Ticketing & Accreditation Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Championship Planning & Experience department as Ticketing & Accreditation Assistant (Temp). The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the accreditation operations team (people, systems, processes) for The Open & AIG Women’s Open, and any other R&A championships as required. Work with internal and external stakeholders and as a member of the accreditation team to provide a first-class experience to staff, contractors, volunteers, Host Club and guests by ensuring appropriate access into and within championship sites.
This is a fixed-term position working 35 hours per week, predominantly Monday – Friday. You will be required onsite at The Open and AIG Women’s Open where weekend working will be required.
We are looking for 2 people to fill this role - 1 person to start in March and finish W/B 4 August and 1 person to start in April and finish 21 July.

Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
* Scottish National 5 qualifications in English and Maths, or equivalent.
* Ability to learn and use technological systems.
* Experience using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
