What You'll Be Doing: Provide top-notch HR advice and support, streamline HR processes, and lead recruitment efforts. Manage staff onboarding, absences, and promote staff welfare. Handle administrative tasks, maintain personnel records, and ensure GDPR compliance. Tackle grievances, disciplinary meetings, and performance management with confidence. Deliver coaching to line managers and work closely with the Payroll Administrator on job changes. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an HR coordinator or in a relevant HR role. Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices. Minimum CIPD Level 3. Familiarity with social media recruiting.
