This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with solid residential property experience to work on high-value and complex transactions. Key Responsibilities: As a mid-level Residential Property Solicitor, your role will include: Handling high-value and complex residential property transactions, including prime and super-prime London properties. Managing a full caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including unregistered land. Acting for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, developers, and corporate clients. Handling lease extensions (statutory and voluntary), lease variations, and enfranchisement matters. Drafting and negotiating complex contracts, lease agreements, and transfers of equity. Conducting title investigations, resolving defects, and ensuring risk mitigation. Overseeing Land Registry applications and responding to requisitions. Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, surveyors, and private client teams. Providing strategic legal advice on residential property tax, SDLT, and overseas ownership structures. Ensuring strict compliance with CQS, AML regulations, and SRA guidelines. Assisting with business development, networking, and strengthening client relationships. Providing exceptional client service, maintaining long-term relationships with repeat and referral clients. Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have: 3 to 6 years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor. Strong experience managing complex residential property transactions independently.
