Job summary To strategically lead the implementation and delivery of the ESNEFT Inequalities strategy, working collaboratively with partners across the Integrated Care System (ICS) and putting our patients at the heart our approach. Main duties of the job Ensure that the Inequalities Strategy and Programme is planned and led effectively, ensuring safe and seamless integration with other existing processes and services .Take the lead in building capability across the Trust in Quality Improvement methods including Making Every Contact Count (MECC). Support frontline staff to test, implement and spread sustainable improvements to improve equity of care across the Trust and the wider health and social care system.
