Job summary Successful applicants will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre at Carew House, Bodmin on 21st March 2025. This will be a morning or afternoon to be confirmed. We are looking to recruit a Band 2 Care Support Assistant or Band 3 Healthcare assistant to join our nursing team on Heligan or Harold White Ward at St Austell Community Hospital. The role requires the post holder to be committed to the ongoing development of the ward and multi disciplinary team working, aiming to deliver the highest standards of patient care. The position holder will require a cheerful 'can do' attitude. In return we will support you in your career path. The working hours consist of a mixture of Long days 07:30 - 20:00 and Night Shifts 19:30 - 08:00 in order to support 24 hour nursing care, 7 days per week.
