Role Details We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join and support the Engineering team to supervise System Presentation Assistants who will prepare the vehicles and infrastructure for service by: Daily and deep cleaning of the trams. Daily and deep cleaning of the tram stops. Daily and deep cleaning of office buildings and depot area. You will report to the Assistant Depot Manager. Key Responsibilities Prepare the vehicles and infrastructure for service by being responsible for the following tasks: Planning works ensuring there are sufficient resources. Monitoring and reporting of progress of all planned and unplanned works. Ensuring detailed handovers for all works carried out. Supervision of System Presentation Assistants, including absence management. Undertaking toolbox talks with your team and reviewing procedures and learning points in relation to Work Instructions. The Role The role is full time nightshift, averaging 40 hours a week, working over 7 days a week. A full job description is available on request. About you Minimum requirements for this role are: Experience of supervising a team is desirable. Working knowledge of COSHH. Fluent in the English language. UK drivers’ licence (with no more than 3 points). Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to deal with staff at all levels. Flexible approach to work and tasks.
