Role Overview: As a National Accounts Executive, you'll be at the forefront of managing key national accounts, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. This role is crucial for expanding NoteMachine's footprint and ensuring our continued success. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, retailers, and partners. Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities within national accounts, including upselling services, expanding ATM deployments, and exploring new business avenues. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and SLAs with national account partners, ensuring terms align with NoteMachine's objectives. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets, maximize customer satisfaction, and drive long-term success. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, providing insights for strategic decision-making. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and metrics related to national accounts, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor for national account partners, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing account performance, revenue forecasts, and strategic initiatives. Who We're Looking For: Experience : Background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, preferably within financial services or technology. Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a successful track record in closing deals and driving revenue growth. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and influencing key stakeholders at all levels. Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to analyse market data and develop actionable insights.
