Legal Bookkeeper – Lurgan/hybrid - £35,000
Working with a well-established law firm that has 4 offices across NI and ROI, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Daily bank reconciliations.
2. Processing staff expenses.
3. Review, posting & reconciliation of Counsel Fees & other anticipated disbursements.
4. Dealing with general case-related queries & issues.
5. Monthly nominal reporting for Legal Partners.
6. Ad hoc duties.
Criteria:
1. Experience in a similar role within a legal practice.
2. Good time management skills & ability to prioritise workloads.
3. Confidential with sensitive information.
