Our client based in Rossendale are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team.
Duties include:
Managing and maintaining the purchase ledger
Working with multiple currencies
Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices and purchase orders
Setting up new suppliers and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
Resolve price queries
Reconciling all supplier statements
Manage and maintain the accounts payable inbox dealing with all queries
Process staff expense claims
Process BACS payments
Prepare bank reconciliations
Previous purchase ledger experience is essential for this role as is a good communicator, a high attention to detail and someone who can work to tight deadlines.
