You will be working for a well-established and international building materials specialist, supporting internal IT queries. In this role you will providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. You will manage the setup of new users using systems like Active Directory and Azure. Escalating unresolved or complex issues when needed. The ideal candidate will have either experience in a 1 st line/IT support position, or will be a recent graduate in Networking, Cyber Security, Computer Science or similar. You will be familiar with VMware, Azure, Active Directory and Microsoft packages. You will have a friendly and personable demeanour, be eager to learn and willing to develop your technical skills.
