NHS GRAMPIAN
DOMESTIC SUPERVISOR
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Domestic Supervisor to support our Domestic Teams within our City Clinic locations.
The role focuses on the day-to-day management of an established team of domestic assistants.
Applicants must have the ability to carry out all aspects of the role safely, with a can-do approach, and be able to work closely with others to provide a high-quality standard of work.
Ability to fully understand all tasks is crucial.
The successful applicant would be expected to have previous supervisory or team leader experience, and a strong understanding of the supervision of staff. This would include effective handling of difficult situations, monitoring performance, rota planning, absence management, and positively engaging with all grades of staff in order to maximise the department’s effectiveness.
A full clean manual driving licence is essential for this role as driving across Aberdeen City will be required.
