Within the Care in the Home division, we support children with complex health needs in their family homes.
We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker to care for our client in his family home in Liverpool.
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support our 14 year old male client who has autism, learning disabilities, epilepsy and challenging behaviour. You will support him in his family home overnight. This will involve encouraging him to go back sleep when he wakes up throughout the night.
We require candidates who have previous experience with autism and challenging behaviour.
Shifts:
Waking Nights (9pm-7am)
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights
3 nights (30 hours) a week

Experience in autism and challenging behavior
Have a genuine interest in providing the best person centered care possible
Willingness to learn and develop
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Maintain professional boundaries with the client and their family members, adhering to direction from the care manager as appropriate
