What We’re Looking For:
* HCPC registration and significant post-registration experience in dietetics.
* Specialist knowledge in oncology and/or surgery, with a passion for advancing nutritional care in these areas.
* Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a dedicated team and others within the department.
* The ability to adapt quickly to established systems and contribute innovative ideas to enhance service delivery.
The Role:
As a Senior Specialist Dietitian, you will be at the heart of nutritional care for oncology and surgical patients. You will:
* Provide expert dietetic assessment and intervention for complex oncology and surgical cases.
* Work closely with leading consultants, specialist nurses, and the wider MDT to optimise patient outcomes.
* Lead and develop specialist dietetic services within oncology and surgery, influencing patient pathways and service delivery.
* Support the development of junior staff and students, sharing your expertise and passion for dietetics.
* Contribute to research, service improvement projects, and policy development in specialist nutrition.
