We are recruiting for an Organisational Development Co-ordinator to join our Organisational Development team in Bristol or Manchester.
The Organisational Development team works with the other HR functions to deliver a proactive and efficient HR service. Reporting to the OD Manager and working across the entire function, this role will be responsible for co-ordinating and supporting the end to end engagement journey of development interventions, HR projects and activities, as well as have specific tasks within their own responsibility
Your Role
As an Organisational Development Co-ordinator your day to day remit includes:
* Provide all aspects of coordination support to the OD Team across all transition development programmes, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Wellbeing activities and Sustainability interventions
* Work across HR projects to ensure consistency and collaboration and support the Chief People Officer and Heads of HR departments as required
* Actively support scheduling meetings for the CPO and whole HR events
* Liaise with OD specialists to have a deep understanding of transition programmes and OD interventions to design end to end engagement processes.
* Send all communications to participants, across all programmes, on time and to the agreed standards
* Suggest, and when agreed, implement, improvements to the end to end engagement processes.
* Maintain core sets of data and documentation to support the OD / HR team in their work including
* Attendance lists are updated in a timely and accurate fashion
* Related invoices are accurately documented
* Workshop feedback is documented and trends shared with relevant OD specialist
* Key information for client tenders are accurate and maintained
* Produce and assist regular OD / HR updates to support annual end of year reports for internal and external publication
* Complete core OD data for any client tender or bid and work with the relevant OD specialist to collate specific requirements
* Support data collation for benchmarking activities when needed
* Complete other adhoc coordination activities as requested and directed
Your Skills and Experience
* Some experience of providing administrative support in an HR or L&D environment would be advantageous
* Highly organised, with the ability to plan, manage and organise multiple tasks and priorities on a daily basis
* Proactively looks for opportunities to offer additional support of firm wide initiatives through skills development, process improvement, engagement and wellbeing activities
* Strong administration skills and the ability to plan and deliver to tight timescales, with attention to detail essential
* Excellent Excel skills, particularly building and maintaining spreadsheets
* Strong written and verbal communication skills. You will liaise daily with Partners, managers and participants from across the firm
* Flexible, able to help out different members of the team at short notice
* Engaging, able to collaborate and bring colleagues on board with new initiatives.
* Resilient, comfortable working on multiple projects within a fast paced, fast changing and challenging working environment
