We’re looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers (relief) to work across 3 of our Supported Living services in Ammanford.
This service operates 24/7, so flexibility is key! You’ll work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. Typical day shifts run from 7am – 11pm with sleep-ins as additional hours.

What is the role?
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals develop life skills, enjoy their hobbies, and stay connected to their community. Your day-to-day might include:
✅ Supporting independence in cooking, budgeting, and household tasks
✅ Administering medication and assisting with some personal care
✅ Encouraging and supporting hobbies like hiking, fitness classes, and social outings
✅ Helping individuals access community activities and local groups
✅ Providing companionship and emotional support
✅ Assisting with cleaning, administration, and team collaboration
✅ Bringing fresh ideas to enhance the lives of the people we support

What Skills and Experience Do You Need?
Experience in supporting individuals with Epilepsy, physical or mental health needs is beneficial but not essential—we provide full training and ongoing support from our experienced team and management.
