Overview of the role

We are now looking for a Deal Registration Coordinator to join our Vendor team and provide assistance and support to the Vendor Alliances and Sales Teams with the submission and management of opportunity registration. This covers areas such as successfully submitting Deal Registrations via the correct portals, managing, recording, and communicating status updates, dealing with queries and collaborating between vendor portals/Vendor Channel Managers and internal stakeholders.
What will you be doing?
* Accurately recording and tracking Deal Registrations via the centralised reporting system
* Submitting and managing deal registrations on vendor portals and ensuring the correct people are notified of any changes/updates
* Proactively reviewing and chasing Deal Registration outcomes for opportunities that are at pending, submitted for extension and on-hold status
* Managing internal and external queries and collaborating between Vendor Channel Managers and internal stakeholders
* Monitoring potential Deal Reg opportunities through the identification of eligible opportunities via the quotes report
* Working with various Business Units within Phoenix to ensure that opportunities are submitted as quickly and effectively as possible

What are we looking for?
* Prior experience in an administrative role
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
* Excellent communications skills
* A strong team player with the ability to share information, offer support and provide guidance to internal departments
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Fantastic ability to multitask

*Important* BPSS Check
As part of our recruitment process due to the nature of the work we do, all employees are required to undertake a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) check.
