Strategic Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding

* Salary: Up to £55,000 + 10% commission

Responsibilities:
* Focus on generating new business (cold calls, emails, social media outreach)
* Hand over successful leads to account managers
* Set and exceed sales targets
* Potential to build and lead a sales team in the future
* Organize business meetings to discuss logistical needs with clients
Requirements:
* Freight Forwarding experience is essential (previous roles as Strategic Sales Manager, Branch Sales Manager, or Senior BDM)
* Must have knowledge of the UK freight forwarding sector
* Experience in Sales or Business Development within the logistics industry is a must
* Road freight experience is desirable but not mandatory
