Working Pattern: 28 Hours per Week 4 out of 7 Nights per Week 9pm - 4am Various Shift Patterns - Option to be Flexible Rewards: 28 days' paid holidays (pro rata) Company Pension Career Development & Training Employee Assistance Program to support your health & wellbeing Financial Education/Financial wellbeing advisory service Onsite Parking Company Events The Role: In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of delegated cleaning tasks in accordance with agreed procedures, including but not limited to: Litter picking in assigned areas. Removing graffiti and unauthorized stickers. Cleaning and replenishing toilets. Cleaning bio-hazards with safe removal and proper disposal of sharps. Cleaning overhead racks. Performing tasks on uneven surfaces and rail tracksrequires good balance and steady footing. Washing the exterior of trains, often in inclement weather for extended periods. Reporting defective equipment, utensils, work and floor surfaces, or any Health and Safety issues to the Line Manager. Adhering to all safety protocols while handling various chemical products (e.g., graffiti removers, carpet shampoos). These duties require a high level of diligence, physical stamina, and attention to safety standards. The Person: Attention to detail in all aspects of the work. Leads by example and lives our values.
