Bradleys Estate Agents are currently recruiting for a progressive individual to lead a successful business as a Branch Manager in our Okehampton office. Potential on target earnings £35,000-£45,000, uncapped earnings, plus managers bonus.
We are an award-winning independent agent in the South West with 30 offices and 30 years’ experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maximise the overall income and profitability of the business
2. Train, manage and lead your own team
3. Maintain regular contact with our clients
4. Carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner
5. Take a proactive interest in the overall success of our business
6. Set measurable targets and benchmarks for the team to enhance branch performance from both a customer and financial/cross-selling perspective
About You:
1. An experienced Branch Manager, Senior Sales Negotiator or experienced Valuer who is ready for the next step
2. Preferably with previous successful valuation experience
3. Able to manage, motivate and lead a successful team
4. Show a proven track record in generating new business
5. Reflect our core company values
6. Minimum of 2 years Estate Agency Experience
