Job Summary
Excel Commercial Services Ltd is a well-established business formed in 1995 based in GATESHEAD. Our goal is to deliver complete customer satisfaction through a tailored, professional, and caring service ethic by providing business clothing solutions and personal protective equipment to businesses in both the private and public sectors.
Our company is searching for a successful Sales Co-ordinator / Account Manager to drive forward telesales programmes to help grow our business with both existing and new customers. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a record of success in planning, organising, and managing projects related to account development, special projects, and basic administration.
Self-motivated, you will be working with a small, established, enthusiastic, and committed team who enjoy significant involvement in both the running and direction of the business.
Responsibilities
* Extend business base with existing and new clients
* Contribute to developing and implementing specific sales campaigns
* Achieve agreed quarterly sales targets
* Identify new sales opportunities
* Manage selected existing customer accounts
* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly revenue and sales targets
* Update sales and contact information on the networked computer system
* Assist with marketing drives including social media
* Willingness to assist in other parts of the business when needed, including order picking, goods-in, and office duties.
Skills Required
* Previous experience in B2B sales (at least 2 years would be beneficial)
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Uses initiative and has a positive can-do attitude
* A resilient approach and ability to overcome objections
* Able to work closely within a small team
* Good PC skills, including Outlook and Excel
Job Details
Pay: £24,000 pa + Quarterly Bonus scheme (OTE +£4000 pa)

Schedule:
* 8 hours per day (-30 mins lunch)
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* No weekends
