THE ROLE:
Ready to bring events to life in the most exciting way? We are looking for a passionate Events Operations Manager to lead the functional delivery of Conferencing and Events at Crystalbrook Riley, Crystalbrook Flynn, and Crystalbrook Bailey.
Reporting to the Area General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the delivery of unforgettable events - crafting seamless experiences, delivering exceptional guest experiences, optimizing sales, monitoring the revenue, and fostering positive relationships.

In this role, you will:
1. Take charge of every detail in conference and events execution with a hands-on approach, ensuring the delivery of a unique and elevated experience for our clients and guests.
2. Deliver exceptional service and professionalism, showcasing a passion for luxury hospitality.
3. Collaborate with our Sales and Conference teams to tailor and execute our clients' requirements for all Cairns events.
4. Lead onsite conferencing operations and collaborate with the hotel-based Food and Beverage and Kitchen teams to ensure flawless delivery.
5. Inspire the events team across all three hotels, creating a fun and positive environment.
